- + 20,- Euro per any additional person
- For bookings of 4 days or less there will be an extra charge of 10,- € per day
- Payment: we accept cash, credit card or bank transfer
- Tourist tax: for every person from 14 years old there is a tourist tax of 2,70 € per person and night. The tourist tax is not included in the bill.

Booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation:200 Euro; The deposit amount will be withheld in the event of cancellation.

Please enter “advance payment” as reason for payment and your name. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code you do not have a right to withdraw. The legal regulations stipulated in Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code Decree 206/2005 expressly apply. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
Pets: You may bring your pets with an extra charge of 12,- € per day. (To be discussed before booking)
Non-smoking: Smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
Payment: You can pay cash, with credit card or Bancomat card. Please pay your bill and the tourist tax the day before you check out.
